Four Things

I was tagged by Laura and I’m supposed to fill in four of each thing and then tag four people at the end…

1. Four jobs I have had in my life: Nanny, Secretary, Graphic Artist & Mother.

2. Four places I have lived: San Jose, Livermore, Pleasanton & Orange County

3. Four shows I watch: The Office, House, Without a Trace & Top Chef

4. Four places I have been: Cayman Islands, Washington, Florida, Jamaica

5.  Four blogs I read regularly: My family’s blogs (and there’s 4 of them)

6. Four favorite foods: Japanese, Middle Eastern/Mediterranean, Italian, Chinese

7. Four places I’d rather be: On vacation, getting my hair done, shopping for clothes and on a date

8. Four things I look forward to in the next year: running more, losing weight, sister-in-law’s wedding and going on vacation

And I’m tagging Amber, Krista, Jennie and Jill.

Happy birthday to

MADISON

happy birthday to you!!

We went to Yosemite yesterday and had a great time! It was C’s first time (I know, can you believe it?!) and I had a blast showing him around. We’ve decided we are definately going again soon for a vacation. We especially enjoyed Bridal falls and the rainbow in it!!

Today one of the guys in C’s band had us and friends for a bbq - lots of good food and good times!

Now I’m going to go cuddle up with my honey and watch a movie…ahhh…nice.

Bye :)

This past week we’ve done a lot of walking/running as a family and I have to say that it feels so good! We get time together doing something good for us! K has been riding her bike and it’s been fun watching her become much more confidant on it. The boys ride too, while C & I jog/walk to keep up. E rides in the jogger, but still manages to get her running time in too. :) The paths in our town are a bit old but still very pretty and removed from the road so it’s quiet and safe.

We have a great time and I can’t wait to see it pay off on my body. ;)

Cal’s mom Sara has been getting active in theater and art again and recently had a newspaper article written about her life. Pretty exciting! Enjoy the read.

I didn’t sleep much last night. K insisted on not going to sleep until 12am! and J wanted to sleep (more like jab me in the back all night long) in my bed. It was just one of  those nights. So, to top it off, my boys decided to wake up early and watch some cartoons *loudly*…did I mention this was at 6am?

Blah…

…yeah, it’s a coffee morning.

I’m going to go press some right now but I had a quick question for all you coffee drinkers out there: What is (in your opinion) the best way to brew coffee at home? Just curious.

I think it’s time for some cleaning. I’ve decided to take a blogging break and get done those things I put off for as long as possible. Be back in a few weeks!

TTFN -

Trish

We’re off to a good start! Spring break is here and we mean to enjoy it! So far we have had Auntie Keren and (soon to be) Uncle Nathan for dinner, watched Horton Hears A Who, spent the evening in the city for Thai dinner and spent the day in Golden Gate park (just the kids and I) walking our tail ends off and having a complete blast! Tomorrow we’re going to the Zoo and today we’re going hiking! Here’s our pictures so far…

We do have Irish in us. I know you can’t see it, but we’ve been told it’s in our family somewhere. Really. Seriously. (Any reason to drink beer and celebrate, we’ll take it! :D)

Happy St. Paddy’s Day everybody!

Yay! It’s here! Let the fun begin! :)
